Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026. These terms are a working draft and should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live.

01

The short version

We collect only what you send us and what the site needs to work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

02

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or subscribe, we receive the name, email address, division and message you provide. Our host records standard technical logs — IP address, browser and pages requested — for security and reliability.

03

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to consider bookings and partnerships, to send the dispatch if you asked for it, and to keep records of agreements. That is the whole of it.

04

Who sees it

The group's own team, and the service providers that run our email, hosting and forms. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years, then deleted. Subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe. Records tied to a signed agreement are kept as long as the law requires.

06

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Write to the address below and we will act within thirty days.

07

Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to function and to remember your language choice. It sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
